Zachary Shavolian joined Eyzenberg & Company in 2022 as an Originator. Zach’s primary focus is identifying and interacting with potential clients seeking debt, equity, and ground lease capital solutions for commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Eyzenberg & Company, Zach held a position as an advisor and analyst at a commercial real estate capital advisory firm. He underwrote and negotiated over $1 Billion of new debt and equity for various projects and assets across the nation. Zach also has previous experience working at a New York based real estate brokerage and a boutique real estate investment and development firm.
Zach holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with Magna Cum Laude honors from Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business.

Daniela Perez-Albela

Daniela Albela joined Eyzenberg & Company at the end of 2020 as the Assistant to the President based at our Miami office in Brickell.
Prior to joining Eyzenberg & Company, Daniela was a Transaction Coordinator for The Jills Zeder Group and a Project Manager for American DaTang Group. Daniela is bi-lingual and fluent in Spanish. Her organizational, administrative, and management skills have proven to grow and scale the business of entrepreneurs by acting as their right hand.
Daniela is a Miami native and is licensed as a Real Estate Sales Associate, Community Association Manager, and a Florida Notary.
Mark Behling joined Eyzenberg & Company in 2021 as an Origination Associate. His primary focus is on identifying and interacting with potential clients seeking debt, equity, & structured capital solutions for their commercial real estate transactions.
During his career in the industry, Mr. Behling has been involved with real estate transactions valued at more than $1 billion, developing 5 industrial parks, retail centers and numerous build to suit projects. He has over 30 years of experience advising clients on disposition strategies and trends, navigating methods to optimize value, preparing offering memorandums, pricing analysis proposals, and directing marketing campaigns. Mr. Behling held various senior management roles at international real estate investment, development and management companies. He served as Vice President of Operations for The Related Group, a leading builder of luxury condominiums and mixed use projects in the U.S. and South America. He was responsible for leading the strategy, acquisition, development efforts and joint ventures for the firm’s operations in Brazil, Mexico and part of the U.S. As Director of Commercial Real Estate at Goldrich Kest, Mr. Behling provided marketing strategy, acquisitions, disposition and portfolio management for mixed-use, industrial, retail and multifamily properties throughout 17 states. As Director of Operations at MRA Properties and Consulting, he managed the firm’s real estate and consulting divisions. Mr. Behling also led corporate strategy, sourced and secured financing for Grupo FRISA’s industrial and commercial real estate development operations in the U.S. and Mexico.
Active in the community, Mr. Behling serves on the Board of Directors for the YMCA of South Florida. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison with a Masters of Science in Real Estate and an MBA in International Business. He is also a licensed Real Estate Associate in the state of Florida.

Anastasia Vladislavova

Analyst Anastasia Vladislavova assists with underwriting analysis and financing memoranda preparation, aiding senior team members with ongoing client management and placement efforts for debt and equity capitalization assignments. She joined Eyzenberg & Company in 2016 as a business development associate.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Vladislavova spent the majority of her career in residential real estate sales in Moscow, where she managed a high-performing group of 20 agents. Her passion for real estate brought her to Manhattan in 2014 to pursue a master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from NYU.
In addition, Ms. Vladislavova worked for a real estate fund in Riga, Latvia and for a property management company in New York City while advancing her education.
Ms. Vladislavova earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Moscow State University in Moscow, Russia and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Finance and Investments from Schack Institute of Real Estate, New York University. She is a member of Urban Land Institute.

Anastasia Stepanova

Anastasia Stepanova joined Eyzenberg & Company in 2020 as the Assistant to the President based at our Miami office in Brickell.
Prior to joining Eyzenberg and Company, Anastasia spent several years working in the photography and event industries in New York, performing across an array of business activities including Executive Assistant duties.
Anastasia graduated from State University of Cheboksary City, Russia with both a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in English Language Translation and Interpretation with a concentration in Teaching English.
Kris McKay joined Eyzenberg & Company in 2020 as a Director, focusing on debt and equity originations. Kris is focused on identifying and interacting with clients seeking debt, equity, C-PACE & structured capital solutions for their commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Eyzenberg & Company, Kris worked in senior origination roles at Xerion Financial, Petros PACE Finance, Northmarq, C.H. Kauffman and Deerwood Capital, where he placed in excess of $1Bn.
Kris graduated from Mount Saint Mary’s College with a BA in Political Science and received an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from American University.
David Udine joined Eyzenberg & Company in 2020 as an Origination Associate in the Miami office. His primary focus is on identifying and interacting with potential clients seeking debt, equity, structured capital & structuring solutions for their commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Eyzenberg & Company, David was a Project Manager at The Royal Palm Companies, a real estate development firm based in Miami. At RPC, David was able to work on the construction team representing ownership on numerous projects.
David is a graduate of the University of Florida with a BA in Finance and Real Estate and is currently attending the University of Miami Accelerate MBA in Real Estate.
Moshe Wax joined Eyzenberg & Company in September 2020 as an Associate Director in the Miami office. Moshe primarily focuses on identifying and interacting with potential clients seeking ground lease, debt and/or equity solutions for their commercial real estate transactions.
Moshe brings almost a decade of credit administration experience in the commercial lending sphere, with senior credit roles at FDIC, CMBS, and private equity lending institutions. Prior to joining Eyzenberg & Company, Moshe was Principal of a Boutique CRE debt brokerage. Prior to his role of principal origination, Mr. Wax worked in the various aforementioned credit capacities at institutions which included SL Capital, Bayview Asset Management, and two regional FDIC banks.
Moshe holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the City University of New York.

Constantine Korologos

Constantine “Tino” Korologos CRE, MAI, MRICS, joined Eyzenberg & Company in 2020 as a managing director in its New York City headquarters. He will be originating, structuring and placing debt, equity and ground lease capital for commercial real estate transactions across the U.S. Complementing his 35 years of professional experience, he is a Clinical Assistant Professor, teaching graduate and undergraduate real estate finance, capital markets and portfolio risk courses in the New York University Schack Real Estate Institute, where he has been on the faculty for over 25 years.
Mr. Korologos has participated in the structuring, ratings, origination, securitization, sale, valuation and asset management, of approximately $100 billions of capital market & commercial real estate transactions. Property types have included multi-billion-dollar Class A office portfolios, public to private financings of several hotel companies, several regional mall structured transactions and some of the largest REIT privatizations that have occurred over the last two decades. He has worked on regulatory advisory engagements for several of the Top 50 commercial banks, assisting with the development of CCAR and DFAST stress test models. He has testified as an expert witness in several real estate securities and valuation litigation matters. Mr Korologos clients have included some of the largest investment banks, insurance companies, money center banks and private equity firms in the world.
Mr. Korologos has worked in several areas of the real estate capital. He is a Member of the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE), where he on the board of directors and the editorial board of their industry publication. He holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and has delivered educational content over the last 10 years. Mr. Korologos is an active member of CREFC, where he serves on the CRE World Editorial Board, and is an active member of the Education committee, both delivering and creating content.
Mr. Korologos has held several senior executive and managing director positions at Wachovia Securities, Bear Stearns and Co., GE Capital Real Estate, Moody’s Investors Service, Equitable Real Estate Investment Management and Deloitte & Touche.
Mr. Korologos graduated with an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baruch College, City University of New York. In addition to the organizations described above, he has been involved in multiple industry groups including ULI, ICSC, MBA, NAREIT, CCIM, NACREIF and ARES (American Real Estate Society). He is a frequent speaker at industry events, and has authored several thought leadership articles in valuation, finance and capital markets.
Phil Weeber joined Eyzenberg & Company in 2020 as a Business Development Associate. His primary focus is identifying and interacting with potential clients seeking debt and equity solutions for their commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Weeber was an Executive Director at Chatham Financial where he consulted real estate firms, private equity funds and public companies regarding financial risk management, derivatives strategy and execution. He has advised on over 5,000 interest rate, commodity and currency transactions, subsequently executing more than $80 billion of derivatives positions. Additionally, he has authored articles on derivatives in bankruptcy and represented clients with Lehman derivatives claims.
Weeber earned a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan. He holds a MS in Environmental Engineering from the University of North Carolina. Additionally, Weeber earned an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University where he graduated with honors.
David Boyd joined Eyzenberg & Company in 2019 as a managing director in its New York City headquarters. He originates, structures and places debt, equity and ground lease capital for commercial real estate transactions across the U.S.
Mr. Boyd has participated in approximately $20 billion of capital market & commercial real estate transactions. Property types have included Class A office towers, top-tier suburban office properties, premier shopping malls, power retail centers, luxury and boutique hotels and high-end apartment buildings. In addition, from 2001-2005 Mr. Boyd completed the underwriting and purchase of significant CMBS bond positions and direct equity investments for ORIX USA Corporation, a major multinational investment firm with $25 billion under management.
Mr. Boyd’s notable New York City investment transaction experience includes: The MetLife Building at 200 Park Avenue ($1.79B); 666 Fifth Avenue ($1.8B); Citigroup Global Trading Headquarters at 388-390 Greenwich Street ($1.6B); and Park Avenue Tower ($600M). Notable national transactions include: Renaissance Tower (Dallas, TX); Williams Tower (Houston, TX); Southeast Financial Center (Miami, FL); Miami Tower (Miami, FL); Chase Tower (Austin, TX) & Fox Plaza (Los Angeles, CA).
Mr. Boyd has held multiple senior executive positions at ORIX USA Corporation, Cushman & Wakefield’s New York Capital Markets Group, Jones Lang LaSalle’s Capital Markets Group, OBERON Properties, LLC, and U.S. Capital Realty Trust. In addition, Mr. Boyd sits on the board of directors for multiple national companies including the VMD Companies, U.S. Capital Realty Trust, Delecta Technologies, and GIXPO Corporation.
Mr. Boyd graduated with a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Texas A&M University, and a Bachelor of Arts in History & Psychology from Southern Methodist University. Mr. Boyd is involved in multiple industry groups including ULI, ICSC, PERE, and Bloomberg LP Global Responsible Investing Forum.

Andrew Hunter

Andrew Hunter joined Eyzenberg & Company in 2019 as a Business Development Associate. His primary focus is on identifying and interacting with potential clients seeking debt, equity, & structured capital solutions for their commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Eyzenberg & Company, Andrew brokered the sales of multifamily properties outside of Philadelphia, primarily in New Jersey, for a national brokerage firm. While there, he parlayed relationship-building skills and creative thinking toward pursuing and developing successful client-oriented business relationships. Before brokerage, Andrew worked on Capitol Hill for a Leadership member of Congress in the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington, D.C., and, earlier, for the Federal Government in the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Office of Small Business Utilization, where he often communicated with, and produced work for, the Office of Secretary of Transportation and the White House.
Additionally, Andrew spent time working in microfinance institutions in Bangladesh and in intensive interaction with poor borrowers of the 2006 Nobel Prize winning Grameen Bank and BRAC (Bangladesh Rural Advancement Committee), and with the UN World Food Program in Bangladesh and India.
Andrew earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of the South (Sewanee).

Lilia Eyzenberg

Lilia Eyzenberg joined Eyzenberg & Company in 2016 as Director of Finance and Human Resources. Ms. Eyzenberg oversees all accounting, finance and human resource functions, and assists with strategic planning.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Eyzenberg was an accounting clerk at Metalmark Capital and a tax preparer at Integrated Financial Services. Earlier in her career, she was an accountant at Prodigious Capital Group and a bookkeeper at Hunter College.
Ms. Eyzenberg graduated with honors from Krasnoyarsk State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Management. Additionally, she graduated summa cum laude from Hunter College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Claire Abee joined Eyzenberg & Company in 2020 and is currently an operations associate. She is responsible for database administration and operational management of the company's various offices.
Prior to joining Eyzenberg & Company, Claire was the Marketing Coordinator for Chartwells Higher Education at Florida International University. She has spent most the last five years studying and working in European cities including Barcelona, Copenhagen, and Madrid.
Claire holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan with a major in International Studies and a minor in Global Media Studies. Claire also completed her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Sports Management at Escuela Universitaria Real Madrid in Madrid, Spain.
Elena Burgos joined joined Eyzenberg & Company in 2020 as Junior Analyst. She assists with underwriting, analysis and financing memoranda preparation for commercial real estate debt and equity capitalization assignments. Additionally, she assists senior team members with ongoing client management and capital placement efforts.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Burgos was a Real Estate Analyst at Engel & Völkers in Madrid, Spain, where she serviced clients primarily in Europe and Latin America.
Ms. Burgos completed her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance at Kogod School of Business at American in Washington D.C.. Recently, she also earned a Master of Science degree in Real Estate at the Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University.
Managing Director Gregg Delany originates, structures and places debt and equity for commercial real estate owners and investors across the U.S. He is a highly experienced industry veteran who has closed more than $26 billion in banking and institutional investment transactions.
Throughout his career as a lender and advisor, Delany has arranged fixed, floating, bridge and construction mortgages, and lines of credit—ranging from $3 million to $1.5 billion—for all commercial property types. On the equity front, he has closed $3 billion worth of placements, including capital raises for acquisitions, dispositions, new developments, joint ventures, commingled funds and separate accounts.
Prior to joining the firm, Delany was a managing director at Greenwich Group International. Previously, as a founding principal at Longitude Investment Advisors, he advised banks on sub- and non-performing mortgages totaling $3.8 billion, structured bank mergers and completed hundreds of bankruptcy recapitalizations. He also held senior positions at Five Mile Capital, Eurohypo, A.G., and State Street Asset Management.
Delany is an adjunct professor in the Master of Science program at NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate Development and Finance, teaching capital markets and financial investment analysis. He holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School, a graduate certificate in RE Finance & Taxation from NYU Schack and a B.A. in History / Physics from Colgate University.
Ron Mann joined Eyzenberg & Company in 2020 as a Business Development Associate. His primary focus is on identifying and interacting with potential clients seeking capital and structuring solutions for their commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Eyzenberg & Company, Ron was a Vice President with Madison Capital Group, a real estate and private equity firm based in Miami. At Madison, Ron worked closely with developers and sponsors looking to raise capital, deploy their financial resources and grow and expand their business presence in the market.
Previously, Ron was also the Chief Marketing Officer for the Florida Alternative Investment Association, an exclusive membership organization focused on the expansion of Florida as an internationally leading center for alternative investment management. Members include many of the region’s top private equity firms, hedge funds, portfolio managers and family offices.
Ronn has been involved in the financial funding and operations of several media and technology firms and was instrumental in the launch of Rediff USA (NASDAQ: REDF), a worldwide media and technology company.
Ron is also a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent and sits on the board of the Miami Chapter of the Asian American Real Estate Association, a nationwide group with over 17,000 members in 40 cities throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Ron is a graduate of the University of Miami with a BA in Business/Marketing and communications.
Evan Dockser joined Eyzenberg & Company’s Washington DC office in 2019 as a managing director. He originates, structures and places debt, equity and ground lease capital for commercial real estate transactions across the U.S.
Dockser’s extensive client advisory experience as principal with Dresam Advisors and Hotel B Investors, involved development, acquisitions and management targeting hospitality and residential assets.
Prior, Dockser participated in the acquisition and management of several national real estate-related operating businesses. He served as president of Hospitality Investors Group, a hospitality and real estate development advisor assisting clients worldwide with projects ranging from urban boutique hotels to large-scale master planned development. As chief investment officer for Legends Golf & Sands Resort, an owner and operator of 9 signature golf courses and over 1,500 condominium and townhome rental units, he completed a $50M+ recapitalization. Furthermore, he oversaw the conceptual planning of a 1,500-acre, master-planned community on the Island of Eleuthera in the Bahamas.
In earlier executive positions, Dockser specialized in business development and capital raising with national and international firms, including Wall Street Realty Capital, and NYSE-listed companies Friedman, Billings, Ramsey and MeriStar Hotels & Resorts (now InterState Hotels & Resorts). He has been involved in raising over $800M+ from both public and private sources. Dockser’s hospitality experience includes time spent working for Hyatt Hotels and Hilton International.
Dockser began his career in his family’s business, CRI, Inc., which, in the early '90s, was the largest owner of multifamily housing in the country with over 100,000 units. At CRI, he spearheaded management and asset management for overseas clients in the hotel and golf course sectors.
Dockser has a Bachelor of Arts from Ohio Wesleyan University. Additionally, he is a licensed salesman in Virginia and the District of Columbia.

Alex Anderson

Alex Anderson joined Eyzenberg & Company in 2017 as a Business Development Associate. Alex is primarily focused on identifying and interacting with potential clients seeking debt, equity, & structured capital solutions for their commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Eyzenberg & Company, Alex worked as the Head of Sales for a boutique construction company in New Jersey. Before working in the real estate and construction industries, Alex interned as a Sales Analyst at Atlantic Records.
Alex studied Music Industry at Syracuse University and is currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Finance with a specialization in Real Estate at the University of Alabama-Birmingham.

Katherine Cartagena

Katherine joined Eyzenberg & Company in 2016 as Business Development Associate. Katherine focuses on identifying potential debt and equity real estate business opportunities while sustaining key client relationships and creating long term value for the firm.
In 2011, Katherine spearheaded a real estate expansion division for Mega Home Group where under her close leadership and guidance generated mutli-million dollar contracts and investments in Colombia and Panama. Katherine created investment strategies and market research detailing growth opportunities in specific regions of Colombia; Bogota, Medellin, and Cartagena.
Katherine is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Investments at New York University (NYU). She currently serves as a student leader at the NYU Real Estate Student Association (REISA) which has given her the opportunity to organize events for graduate students and interact with influential people in the real estate industry. Katherine was a semifinalist in the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Real Estate Case Competition 2016 while representing NYU. Katherine has been awarded with the Association of Real Estate Women Scholarship and WX, New York Women in Real Estate Scholarship. Katherine holds a Bachelor’s Degree from St. John’s University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She is fluent in Spanish and a member of Urban Land Institute.
Mila Babenko joined Eyzenberg & Company in 2017 as an analyst. She assists with underwriting analysis and financing memoranda preparation, aiding senior team members with ongoing client management and placement efforts for debt and equity capitalization assignments.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Babenko was an investment analyst with a Hong Kong-based family office in New York, where she contributed to deal sourcing and financial analysis of potential investment opportunities primarily in Eastern and Central Europe. In Ukraine, she was a sales associate with an exclusive distributor of professional equipment for restaurants and hotels, and involved in the asset management of its real estate portfolio. Earlier, she was a business development associate with a venture capital seed accelerator fund based in Kiev.
Ms. Babenko holds a master’s degree from Cornell School of Hotel Administration, with a minor in Real Estate Finance and Investments. Also, she is a graduate of National Technical University of Ukraine, where she earned a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Linguistics.
Jose Moreno joined Eyzenberg & Company in 2022 as an Origination Associate. His primary focus is identifying and interacting with potential clients seeking debt, equity, & ground lease capital solutions for their commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Eyzenberg & Company, Jose developed an extensive experience in the international fixed income markets and capital raising in Europe, North America and Latin America. He has worked for firms such as BNP Paribas, CIBC and Pembroke Capital.
Jose holds a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Economics from the London Metropolitan University.
Stephen Kass joined Eyzenberg and Company in 2021 as a Director in its Miami office. Stephen is primarily focused on originating and placing debt, equity and ground lease capital for commercial real estate transactions across the U.S. Additionally, he will leverage his prior 20+ years of restructuring experience while focusing on distressed opportunities.
Mr. Kass was a partner in a Manhattan law firm practicing commercial bankruptcy and tax controversy. The majority of his clientele were commercial real estate developers, contractors and investors. He was also in-house counsel for a NYC developer focused on ground-up condominiums & hotel projects plus office and multi-family acquisitions. Prior to this, he was a tax consultant at Deloitte working in the financial services unit with clients in international banking and brokerage. Mr. Kass also worked for investment banking firms as a Director sourcing and managing deal teams in aviation, supermarket and energy. He is particularly proud of the restructuring services he provided to regional airlines after the September 11th tragedy.
Mr. Kass is an Attorney and a CPA and graduated from NYU School of Law with an LLM in taxation and from Hofstra University with honors in both its law and accounting programs. He is a commercial real estate broker in New York.
Ken Lorman joined Eyzenberg & Company in 2022 in the role of Managing Director. With over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Ken focuses on advising off-shore and domestic investors in the acquisition, financing and sale of commercial real estate.
Prior to joining the firm, Ken held the position of Senior Vice President for Baden Advisors with offices in New York and New Jersey. During his tenure at Baden Advisors, he advised on the purchase of various office, industrial and multifamily properties, including advising a syndicate of Korean based institutional investors in the acquisition and financing of a pharmaceutical headquarters campus located in Princeton, NJ for $305 million.
Ken started his real estate career at Falcon Real Estate in New York, a private equity advisory and asset management company. Over a 17-year span, he advised investors from Europe, Asia and the Middle East on the purchase and financing of U.S. real estate assets. He was responsible for property acquisitions and international money raising efforts. Ken also has been responsible for property acquisitions in New York City, New Jersey, Washington DC, Boston, Atlanta, Miami and their immediate suburban areas.
Ken earned a B.S. in Accounting from Lehigh University. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Investment from New York University and is a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey.
Diana Davidson is thrilled to rejoin Eyzenberg & Company as a Senior Associate after being one of the original analysts hired during the company’s formation in 2016! Ms. Davidson spearheads all underwriting analysis and due diligence for the company’s principal investment activities. Additionally, she provides placement and execution support for capital placement assignments.
Diana’s most recent role was in acquisitions at Auerbach Funds, a private equity fund focused on the acquisition and management of value-add multifamily, retail and creative office primarily in the Southeast and Texas. Other roles include capital markets associate at JLL, and analyst intern positions at Northwind Group, a Manhattan-based real estate development company, and at the real estate investment arm of Wexford Capital, a Greenwich, CT-based hedge fund and private equity firm. Prior to her career in real estate, Ms. Davidson was a small business owner for 4 years. During her tenure as a multi-unit franchisee of a national self-serve frozen yogurt franchise, she was in charge of the rollout of the brand in the New York market and managed construction for all new store locations as well as ongoing business operations.
Ms. Davidson holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Syracuse University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, and also completed the Real Estate Finance and Investment program at New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
John Raggio joined Eyzenberg & Company in 2019 as a managing director. He originates, structures and places debt, equity and ground lease capital for commercial real estate transactions across the U.S.
Throughout his career as a lender and advisor, Raggio has arranged fixed, floating, bridge and construction mortgages, and lines of credit, for all commercial property types. He has advised in the acquisition, financing and disposition of over $9 billion in real estate assets.
Prior to joining the firm, Raggio served as the Director of Private Equity and Director of Real Estate Finance for Boill Holding USA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Shanghai-based Boill Holding Group. Earlier, Raggio was a senior consultant for Spring11, a real estate advisory company involved in the structuring, valuation and due diligence for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lenders, as well as B-Piece buyers. He also was a founding partner of Tremont Realty Capital, where he oversaw a lending platform for bridge loans and mezzanine financing, and held senior roles at a number of real estate investment and advisory companies, including GE Real Estate and UBS/PaineWebber.
Raggio holds an MBA in finance from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, and a BBA from Baruch College.

Robert Ginsberg

Robert Ginsberg joined Eyzenberg & Company in September 2016 as a Managing Director. His responsibilities include originating capital raising & advisory service assignments as well as supervising transaction execution of the Firm’s current mandates. Additionally, Robert spearheads the Firm’s distressed debt workout practice.
Mr. Ginsberg was previously director of acquisitions with Chicago based Kaufman Jacobs, responsible for originating, structuring and closing real estate investment opportunities. Previously Mr. Ginsberg was managing director with NGKF where he headed NGKF’s workout advisory group helping borrowers/sponsors with distressed loans achieve optimal loan resolutions.
Prior to NGKF Mr. Ginsberg headed Torchlight Loan Services’ New York large loan workout group. As a special servicer, he was responsible for enforcing lender’s rights on behalf of approximately 30 CMBS trusts with approximately 30 billion in assets. This work included modifications, foreclosures, discounted payoffs, short sales, litigation, bankruptcies and note & property sales for office, retail, hospitality, multi-family, industrial, storage, parking and manufactured housing nationwide.
Prior to working at Torchlight, Mr. Ginsberg was a managing director of two real estate acquisition funds: National Government Properties and Government Properties Trust where he assembled two portfolios through both development and acquisitions worth over $1.25 Billion. Mr. Ginsberg is currently an adjunct assistant professor teaching real estate finance at New York University's Schack Institute of Real Estate.
Mr. Ginsberg graduated from Pace University's Lubin Graduate School of Business with an MBA in finance and from Wesleyan University with a BA in economics.

Prior to Avison Young, Mr. Eyzenberg was a managing director and head of commercial real estate for NewOak Capital. His tenure at NewOak began in 2011 after its acquisition of the investment banking practice of Eyzenberg’s Prodigious Capital Group, where he served as president since 2005. Prior to running Prodigious Capital Group, Mr. Eyzenberg was associated with several boutique real estate investment banks. He began his real estate career on the buy side working for Merrill Lynch, Ramius Capital Group, and Greenstreet Partners.
Mr. Eyzenberg graduated from New York University with a Bachelor's degree in communications and a Master's degree in real estate finance and investment. Mr. Eyzenberg is an active member of multiple industry associations and a frequent speaker at real estate events. He also sits on multiple advisory and corporate boards including those of REZI, VR WorldNYC, and Commercial Mortgage Strategies.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Brenner was an insurance and investment advisor with Fifth Avenue Financial in New York City. He also has experience in corporate middle-market investment banking and served in the U.S. Navy as a SONAR Technician.
Mr. Brenner holds a bachelor’s degree in Financial Economics from Columbia University.

Aaron Stelzer joined Eyzenberg & Company in 2019 as a Business Development Associate. His primary focus is identifying and interacting with potential clients seeking debt and equity solutions for their commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Stelzer held positions in both trading and sales, covering municipal fixed income, interest rates and FX at U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Additionally, he worked on the buy side, advising commercial real estate developers and alternative asset managers with structured hedging solutions.
Stelzer, a Certified Treasury Professional, earned a B.A. in History from Arizona State University. He also holds a MSc. from New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business, in Risk Management.

Henry Chakardjian

Henry Chakardjian joined Eyzenberg & Company in January 2019 as a Business Development Associate. Henry primarily focuses on identifying and interacting with potential clients seeking ground lease, debt and/or equity solutions for their commercial real estate transactions.
Henry has over 15 years of investment experience in real estate origination and capital raising, buy side private equity investing, and commodities trading. Prior to joining Eyzenberg & Company, Henry was a Vice President of Investments at a prominent Hong Kong based private equity firm. Working on global transactions spanning real estate and hospitality, natural resources, retail, technology and other sectors, he participated in transactions in excess of $5 billion. He led the company’s US real estate activity and moved to the United States as investor representative on a multi-billion-dollar condo development. Henry then set up his own boutique consultancy company in New York, where in addition to advising his former employer, he originated and advised on several predominantly residential real estate transactions throughout the United States. Henry began his career in commodities trading, working in London, Paris and Amsterdam.
Henry earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Degree at the University of Pennsylvania and has been actively involved in several charitable organizations, including National Geographic’s Pristine Seas and Panthera Corporation.
Ian Ponniah joined Eyzenberg & Company in September 2016 as a Managing Director. His responsibilities include originating capital raising & advisory service assignments as well as supervising transaction execution of the Firm’s current mandates.
Prior to joining Eyzenberg & Company Mr. Ponniah served as the Head of Originations for a New York based fund manager, where he was responsible for the solicitation, structuring and underwriting of bridge loans to NYC developers, operators and investors, including the purchase of non-performing notes. Additionally, Mr, Ponniah was a Senior Director of Originations and Structuring at Aristone Realty Capital from 2012. While at Aristone, Mr. Ponniah coordinated, structured, and managed in excess of $250M of high-yield subordinated financings in the form of A/B, junior debt, mezzanine, and/or preferred equity structures for the recapitalization of complex performing and non-performing real estate assets. Before joining Aristone Realty Capital, Mr. Ponniah served as a Director in the Commercial Real Estate division at New Oak Capital in 2011, where he was responsible for directing the firm's Investment Banking activities. Mr. Ponniah has also served as the Director of Acquisitions and Capital Markets at Madison Equities from 2004, a New York based real estate development and investment firm. While at Madison Equities, Mr. Ponniah had coordinated, structured, and executed acquisitions, joint ventures, and new capital commitments totaling over $1 billion encompassing new residential and hospitality developments in New York City. In 2003, Mr. Ponniah served as Vice President at Wall Street Realty Capital where he had managed, coordinated and assisted in the successful execution of various financial advisory and capital raising assignments totaling over $350M in equity and debt financings. Prior to Wall Street Realty Capital, Mr. Ponniah was a Mergers & Acquisition Vice President in ABN Amro’s Global Integrated Energy Group and Global Real Estate Group and was directly involved in over $4 billion of strategic M&A, debt and equity assignments.
Mr. Ponniah had begun his real estate career as a design architect working for several prominent Australian and Hong Kong firms. Mr. Ponniah earned an MS in Real Estate from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a Bachelors of Architecture from the University of Adelaide in Australia.
