Role Description:
Eyzenberg & Company is looking for experienced professionals with prior origination and placement/execution experience to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to originate, structure and close new $5-$150MM debt/equity/C-PACE/ground lease financing opportunities at a relatively new group with minimal existing client coverage conflicts and institutional quality execution, analytical and placement support.
Responsibilities:
- Originate capital raising mandates across all property types, geographies, and deal cycles
- Manage relationships with existing clients to support current opportunities and cultivate future deals
- Collaborate with other members of the origination, transactional management and support team
- Manage the entire placement to closing process
- Market the firms proprietary mortgage banking products
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience and a proven track record of success in an origination and/or placement role
- Existing relationships and experience working with real estate principals
- Experience in prospecting and closing new business
- Ability to prescreen a transaction and client prior to engagement
- Knowledge of the capital markets and its participant programs and nuances
- Understanding of complicated capital structures and ability to assist in negotiating term sheets and legal documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Desire and commitment to work in a collaborative work environment
- Willingness and dedication to personal and professional growth

Eyzenberg & Company is looking for self-motivated, intelligent business development/sales professionals to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to generate new $5-150MM debt/equity/C-PACE/ground lease financing opportunities at a relatively new group with minimal existing client coverage conflicts.
Responsibilities:
- Generating leads through existing relationships, networking, industry events, cold calling, etc…
- Cultivate relationships with prospects handed off by senior team members
- Manage the full origination cycle from prospecting to obtaining exclusive financing mandates (in tandem with senior firm members)
- Manage relationships with existing clients to support current opportunities and cultivate future deals
- Market the firms proprietary mortgage banking products
- People person – A relationship builder who enjoys connecting and interacting with people

- Must have or will obtain a real estate salesperson/broker’s license within three months of starting
