Solutions
Eyzenberg & Company arranged REILS (Real Estate Index Linked Securities) structured equity with a domestic issuer. A series of leases were executed to enable rent to mimic interest payments thereby qualifying the opportunity for Sharia-compliant investors. The capital infusion provided the sponsor the ability to repatriate capital, acquire additional properties and to renovate existing ones.
